About
A builder by nature.
Moe Sayed has been building businesses since he was 15 years old, selling online before e-commerce was mainstream. By 2010 he had launched LimoNerd, which he built and sold by 2012. That same year he founded Stipple (previously NERD Real Estate). The constant across every venture, whether real estate, agriculture, food, or philanthropy, is technology. Every company Moe builds is powered by technology, digital marketing, and systems architecture designed to scale fast and stay organized. That approach led to a broader mission: building interconnected ventures that merge profit with purpose across multiple industries.

Story
Not a portfolio. A pattern.
Moe Sayed started building businesses before most people finish school. At 15, he was already selling online, running e-commerce on his own website, Amazon, and eBay before it was mainstream. That early exposure to digital commerce taught him the fundamentals of sales, customer relationships, and hustle. By 2010, he had launched LimoNerd, a transportation company he built and successfully sold by 2012. That early exit proved something: Moe could not only start businesses, he could build them to the point where someone else wanted to buy them.
“I don't build businesses to flip them. I build institutions.”
On long-term thinking
Philosophy
How I build.
01
Systems, Not Campaigns
Events end. Systems compound. Every venture is designed to fund, support, or strengthen the next one.
02
Build for Decades
Short-term wins are easy. Long-term institutions are rare. Every decision is measured against what it looks like in ten years.
03
Technology Powers Everything
Every company I build, whether it touches agriculture, food, real estate, or philanthropy, is built around technology. Digital marketing, systems architecture, and automation are how we scale fast and stay organized the agile methodology way.
04
Profit and Purpose Together
The best businesses solve real problems. Commerce and impact are not at odds. They are the same architecture built with different metrics.
