Origin
The story.
Moe Sayed started building businesses before most people finish school. At 15, he was already selling online, running e-commerce on his own website, Amazon, and eBay before it was mainstream. That early exposure to digital commerce taught him the fundamentals of sales, customer relationships, and hustle. By 2010, he had launched LimoNerd, a transportation company he built and successfully sold by 2012. That early exit proved something: Moe could not only start businesses, he could build them to the point where someone else wanted to buy them.
In 2012, he founded Stipple, originally called NERD Real Estate, in New York City, immersing himself in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Even in real estate, Moe leaned on technology and digital marketing to outpace the competition, building systems that kept him organized, visible, and scaling faster than traditional operators. Over the next decade, he developed a sharp instinct for deal-making, client relationships, and the discipline required to operate a business that survives.
In 2020, Moe launched BlackFarms, an ambitious agricultural venture transforming desert land in Egypt into sustainable food production at scale. Then in 2021, a single $500 wire transfer changed his trajectory. What started as a modest act of generosity became UMMA Foundation, a humanitarian organization that now operates in over 23 countries, delivering emergency aid, building community infrastructure, and creating programs designed to last.
In 2024, Moe entered the food and hospitality space with Yala, a culturally resonant brand built on operational excellence. In 2025, the UMMA App began development, a technology platform designed to connect communities in ways traditional organizations cannot.
Now in 2026, Moe is building the next chapter: Nasebi.ai represents his push into AI-enabled innovation, while COCEO embodies his belief that businesses themselves need better operating systems with centralized intelligence, clearer visibility, and smarter decision-making tools. Across every venture, the pattern is the same: identify a real problem, build a system to solve it, and design it to last.
“Events end. Systems compound. Every program we build is designed to fund the next one.”
On sustainability
Philosophy
How I build.
01
Systems, Not Campaigns
Events end. Systems compound. Every venture is designed to fund, support, or strengthen the next one.
02
Build for Decades
Short-term wins are easy. Long-term institutions are rare. Every decision is measured against what it looks like in ten years.
03
Technology Powers Everything
Every company I build, whether it touches agriculture, food, real estate, or philanthropy, is built around technology. Digital marketing, systems architecture, and automation are how we scale fast and stay organized the agile methodology way.
04
Profit and Purpose Together
The best businesses solve real problems. Commerce and impact are not at odds. They are the same architecture built with different metrics.
