The story.
Moe Sayed is a venture architect and AI-forward business strategist who builds companies designed to outlast the era they were born in. He sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, operational execution, systems thinking, community building, and AI-enabled infrastructure — and his work spans real estate, philanthropy, food, agriculture, and technology. His specialty is taking simple or highly complex ideas, untangling them into executable frameworks, and turning them into legitimate scalable enterprises.
The operating history goes deep. At 15, Moe was already selling online — running e-commerce on his own website, Amazon, and eBay before it was mainstream. By 2010, he had launched LimoNerd, a transportation company he built from scratch and successfully sold two years later. In 2012, he founded Stipple Real Estate (originally NERD Real Estate) in New York City — one of the most competitive markets in the world. Stipple is the credibility anchor of his career: more than a decade of deal-making, client relationships, sales discipline, and asset-based thinking that underwrites everything that came after.
Throughout the 2010s, Moe developed a skill most founders outsource entirely: design. He designs the brand identity, visual system, product interface, and creative direction for every venture he builds. From the BlackFarms mark to the Yala brand to the UMMA Foundation identity, each one is his work. It started as instinct — a sharp eye for what looked right — and became deliberate craft. Typography, packaging, digital product design: Moe treats how a company looks and feels as inseparable from how it works.
In 2020, he launched BlackFarms, transforming desert land in Egypt over the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer into sustainable food production at scale. In 2021, a single $500 wire transfer became UMMA Foundation — a humanitarian organization that now operates in over 23 countries, delivering emergency aid and building community infrastructure designed to last beyond any single campaign. In 2024, he launched Yala, a culturally resonant consumer brand built on operational excellence. In 2025, the UMMA App began development as the technology layer of the foundation.
In 2026, Moe is building the next chapter — and it is explicitly AI-forward. Nasebi.ai applies artificial intelligence to one of the most important decisions in life: how Muslims find compatible marriage partners. COCEO is an AI co-founder built from the lived experience of running multiple ventures simultaneously — a system that learns how a company works, helps leaders decide faster, and deploys intelligent agents across every function of the business. Both ventures express a single conviction: the next decade of company-building belongs to founders who understand how AI changes operations, marketing, decision-making, and customer experience at the architectural level.
Across every venture the pattern is the same. Identify a real problem. Untangle the complexity. Build a system to solve it. Design it to last. Whether he is helping a legacy business modernize into AI-native operations or architecting a new venture from a blank page, Moe operates as a full-stack founder — strategy, product, design, marketing, and infrastructure — and as an architect of institutions, not brands.
“The next decade of business belongs to founders who treat AI as core infrastructure, not as a feature bolted onto a legacy organization.”
How I build.
Architect Companies, Don't Just Launch Brands
A venture architect untangles complex ideas into scalable frameworks and builds them into institutions ready for Fortune-grade growth. Every company is structured to outlast the era it was born in.
AI-Native Operations
The next decade of business belongs to founders who understand how AI reshapes operations, workflows, customer experience, marketing, analytics, and decision-making. Legacy businesses don't survive without making the transition.
Systems, Not Campaigns
Events end. Systems compound. Every venture is designed to fund, support, or strengthen the next one. The ecosystem is the unit of work, not the individual brand.
Build for Decades
Short-term wins are easy. Long-term institutions are rare. Every decision is measured against what it looks like in ten years — and whether it will still be load-bearing in twenty.
Profit and Purpose, Same Architecture
The best businesses solve real problems. Commerce and impact are not at odds. They are the same architecture measured against different metrics.
Design Is a Founder Skill
Brand identity, product design, and visual craft are not cosmetic. They are strategic. How a company looks and feels determines whether people trust it before they ever use it.
The timeline.
First Business at 15
Started selling online on his own website, Amazon, and eBay before e-commerce was mainstream. The beginning of an entrepreneurial instinct that would define everything that followed.
LimoNerd Founded
Launched a transportation company. Built the business from scratch and successfully sold it two years later. First exit at 22.
Stipple Real Estate Founded
Founded Stipple (originally NERD Real Estate) in New York City. Over a decade of deal-making and client relationships in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
BlackFarms Launched
Broke ground on large-scale agricultural development in Egypt, transforming desert into sustainable food production over the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer.
UMMA Foundation Established
A $500 wire transfer sparked what would become a humanitarian organization operating in 23+ countries. The mission-driven core of the ecosystem was born.
Yala Launched
Entered the food and hospitality space with a culturally resonant brand built on operational excellence and scalable growth systems.
UMMA App Development Begins
Started building the technology platform to scale community building beyond what traditional organizations can achieve.
Nasebi.ai & COCEO
The AI-forward chapter begins. Nasebi.ai applies artificial intelligence to one of life's most important decisions; COCEO is an AI co-founder learning how companies should run in the AI era. Both express a single conviction — the next decade of business belongs to architects who treat AI as core infrastructure.
